The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase of the 7-Day Money Frequency Activation and any upsells purchased within the same checkout session. Refund requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. The funds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement depending on your bank's processing speed.
Upon issuing a refund, your access to the members area and any digital content is revoked. You may not retain copies, downloads, or screenshots of the content after refund.
If you purchased a subscription product (such as Personal Guidance), you can cancel anytime in your members area or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future billing. The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first month's charge of the subscription.
Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. We refund quickly and without friction — chargebacks cause us additional fees and can sometimes delay your refund. Filing a chargeback for a charge that would otherwise be eligible for refund may result in account suspension.
